Our client is revolutionizing the picking solutions landscape with our cutting-edge mobile robots. Since their inception in 2021, they have successfully deployed over 350 robots across 12 installations in the US and EMEA regions. With a strong team of approximately 200 full-time employees, we are on track to achieve $10MM in revenue this year.

The Role: As they expand their DACH sales team, they are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive their growth in the region.

This role is perfect for a new business hunter with a passion for technology and innovation. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle across the DACH region, supported by our business development team to identify new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients in the DACH region.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful deployments.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the technology or logistics sector.
  • Strong understanding of the DACH market and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in German and English.
