We are searching for an experienced and motivated Head of HR to join the team. The Head of HR will play a critical role in supporting the business by providing expert HR guidance and partnering with leaders to drive talent acquisition, talent management, organizational development, and operational excellence across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. Utilize data analytics to assess recruitment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to improve processes.
  • Develop and implement talent management initiatives, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives, including change management, leadership development, and team effectiveness.
  • Ensure HR operational excellence, including compliance with local labour laws, HR policies, HR processes, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR Business Partner roles.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, talent management, organizational development, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel 10-15%.

Preferred Skills:

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Experience in a multinational corporation with a diverse workforce.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
