Sales Manager

We’re hiring a Sales Manager to join an innovative robotics and automation company. This remote-friendly role can be based anywhere across Australia, but ideally in either New South Wales or Victoria, and offers the opportunity to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Role responsibilities:

• Identify and leverage new business opportunities in the region.
• Independently oversee and execute internal sales processes.
• Assess client needs and deliver customized product solutions to enhance value and satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders.
• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates to provide insights on pricing, product strategies, and market entry approaches.
• Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events, actively engaging in sales and marketing initiatives.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in industries such as e-commerce, retail, 3PL, or apparel, with exposure to intra-logistics, automation, or robotics systems.
• Strong ability to quickly understand the company’s offerings and apply strategic and consultative sales approaches effectively.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with independence, adaptability, risk-taking ability, innovation, and a strong customer focus.
• Excellent team player with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for business, approximately 50% of the time.

• Outstanding resilience, capable of maintaining composure in fast-paced work environments
