  • Analyze test data, identify performance issues, and implement design improvements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety and regulatory standards.
  • Document design processes, test results, and technical reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in battery pack design, integration, and testing.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and battery simulation tools.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle electrical systems and BMS.
  • Experience with safety and compliance standards for battery systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
