Their patented technologies can reduce mould, control the spread of bacteria and airborne viruses, and reduce airborne particles, VOCs, and germs that get past typical filtration solutions.

Role Details:

To aide anticipated growth, we are looking for Regional Business Development Manager for the UK, with occasional work in the EU. We seek a self-motivated, entrepreneurial individual with a passion for sales and customer service to drive our market presence in this region. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background and a drive to deliver technology solutions that make a difference in indoor environments.

This individual will be based in or around London, with remote training provided. The role involves significant account and relationship management, prospecting, and sales within a range of industry verticals including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Hospitality, Education, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new customer relationships within the assigned territory to meet sales targets.
  • Build and manage a prospect list and visit potential clients regularly.
  • Set daily appointments, prepare proposals, and close sales in key industries.
  • Document all activities in the CRM system to maintain accurate reporting.
  • Engage with local professional associations to foster new connections.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Train and manage resellers/dealers in the assigned territory.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally with commercial HVAC products.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience selling commercial HVAC products to HVAC mechanical contractors is helpful.
