Proposal Manager

CrimsonXT have been retained by a global leader in critical power solutions is seeking a Senior Sales and Projects Execution Engineer for the Data Center Segment. This role involves coordinating all pre-sales and project execution activities to support the company’s global expansion in the rapidly growing critical power business.

The Senior Sales and Projects Execution Engineer will collaborate closely with Senior Business Development Managers and local sales teams across the company’s footprint. The primary objectives include supporting solution sales by matching customer requirements to proposed solutions and ensuring sales projects are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze project specifications
• Prepare tenders and commercial proposals
• Develop commercial, technical, and project management documentation
• Participate in client meetings and conduct site visits as necessary
• Manage supplier approval activities, including preparation of homologation documentation
• Create order scheduling plans
• Support order execution in alignment with production and assembly planning, testing, and shipping
• Conduct witness tests
• Support marketing and training events for the data center segment
• Maintain CRM and project funnel databases

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, sales, or service roles
• Knowledge of critical power equipment
• Strong self-motivation and entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit
• Resilience and willingness to travel frequently (up to 25%)
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Master’s degree in Engineering disciplines
