Role responsibilities: 

We are seeking an independent sales contractor to fill the role of Regional Sales Representative to lead sales initiatives in the UK, with occasional work as directed in the EU. If successful, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and engaging new customers within your designated region, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop a targeted list of over 50 high-priority prospects to focus your sales efforts.
  • Maintain a consistent approach to outreach, regularly seeking out and connecting with potential clients.
  • Schedule daily meetings and create proposals to secure new business opportunities.
  • Close deals within key industry sectors while continually exploring opportunities in new markets.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual performance goals specific to your territory.
  • Document all sales activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assess local professional networks and invest time in associations that can foster new and strengthen existing connections.
  • Offer suggestions for regional marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Master the company’s proprietary technologies, educating clients, resellers, and dealers on their advantages.
  • Recruit, support, and provide training to resellers and dealers, ensuring they thrive within your region.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales representative who is competitive, self-motivated, and able to sell the value proposition associated with building technology solutions. This role requires a driven sales professional who possesses exceptional organizational skills and experience managing multiple customers in an account and/or territorial environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of business-to-business sales experience.
  • BA/BS degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience selling commercial HVAC products to HVAC mechanical contractors is helpful.
