CrimsonXT has partnered with a globally recognized company specializing in innovative technical solutions. The organization is now focused on establishing a strong foothold in the US market, seeking a Sales Manager to lead this expansion.

Role responsibilities:

As the Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive US market entry strategy.
  • Leading, mentoring, and expanding the current team of two representatives.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the industry.
  • Presenting ORC (Organic Rankine Cycle) technology solutions to potential customers (training provided).
  • Establishing strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and market developments.
  • Preparing detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior leadership.

Expectations:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • At least 10 years of experience in technical sales.
  • An engineering background, with the ability to grasp complex technical concepts.
  • Familiarity with ORC technology (training provided).
  • Experience in industries such as geothermal energy, oil & gas, power generation, or EPC construction.
  • A strong network of potential customers and industry contacts.
