Our client’s innovative solutions are recognised for leveraging standards in intelligent buildings, enhancing the efficiency and sustainability of commercial buildings worldwide. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts across the Swedish market.

Role Overview:

As the Senior Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy and expanding our client’s market presence in Sweden. You will lead a team of three dedicated salespeople, focusing on selling their advanced sensor solutions to systems integrators and end users, such as building owners. This is a high-impact position with a clear path to becoming the Managing Director within 12-24 months following the retirement of the existing Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of three sales professionals.
  • Identify and engage with key systems integrators and end users in the commercial building automation sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of proven track record in sales within the HVAC, building automation, or related industries.
  • Experience in managing a sales team and driving team performance is beneficial
  • Strong understanding of the Swedish commercial building automation market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
