Senior Solution Engineer

Role responsibilities:

As a key technical advisor, you will work closely with Fortune 500 companies, implementation partners, and internal teams to drive the successful adoption of the company’s automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced solution design & technical leadership
• Develop complex automation solutions utilizing the company’s AMR technology
• Lead solution validation, testing, and optimization efforts to ensure maximum performance and efficiency
• Client & stakeholder engagement
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through automation transformation
• Deliver executive-level presentations and detailed technical proposals
• Provide ongoing consultation and automation roadmaps for long-term customer success
• Cross-functional collaboration & innovation
• Work closely with software engineers, implementation teams, and product managers to refine solutions
• Stay ahead of industry advancements and contribute to product innovation and solution enhancements
• Support the development of best practices, knowledge sharing, and training for internal teams

What we are looking for:

We are seeking a Senior Solution Engineer with 5+ years of experience in logistics automation, robotics, or supply chain optimization. This role requires a deep understanding of automation technologies, strong project leadership capabilities, and expertise in designing end-to-end robotic solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Robotics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehousing automation, logistics, robotics, or supply chain operations
• Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD 2D layout design
• Strong knowledge of warehouse automation technologies, robotics, and material handling systems
• Proven experience in leading automation projects and delivering ROI-driven solutions
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Experience with WMS/WES/WCS integration is a strong advantage
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus but not required
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and project locations
